Office design and fit out from a shell and core space within a new build office block set on the banks of the river Thames. Incorporated new M&E services, wall-partitioning systems to create reception area, boardroom, break-out rooms, private offices, open plan office area, computer server room, store room, staff kitchen and dining area. Installation of full data cabling, AC, sprinkler systems, fire suppression system to computer server room and security systems. Selection and procurement of furniture, lighting, signage, fixtures and fittings.
