Proposal for the total renovation and extension of a period end of terrace building circa 1890, situated in the Bedford Park conservation area of Chiswick. Our brief was to modernise this tired property, keeping as many of the original features as possible but adding a contemporary twist, as well as enhancing and enlarging the living spaces. The final designs will provide large open-plan living and dinning areas which lead onto a landscaped rear garden. Grand entrance area with feature fireplace, ground floor utility room, W.C., formal living room, five bedrooms, three ensuites and one shared bathroom.
