Total reconfiguration and refurbishment of a basement flat in a five storey Mansion block. We created a large open plan living space, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, utility room, and study area. Full height windows, large glazed front door and the introduction of a light box wall, help to create a bright modern space. The scope of works included, installing steel beams, removal of walls and the construction of new partitions, tanking, plastering, fitting new M&E, underfloor heating, and general decorations inside and out.
