Full renovation, reconfiguration and basement enlargement of a late Victorian detached property. The property was structured over four floors so as to house two formal entertaining rooms, plus large open plan kitchen and dinning area with additional seating space and games area. Six bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms, plus a further two shared bathrooms, and separate W.C on ground floor. The basement excavation created an extra 1000 ft2 | 93 m2 of usable space. Within the basement we created space for a substantial sized guest bedroom, separate shower room, gym, utility and mechanical plant room and home cinema / disco room with a 3.5m black diamond screen, two 4 K projectors one to project TV and films onto the screen and the other to provide visual effects around the room and bar area. The property was fully automated incorporating smart-controls for lighting, A.V, and climate control.
