Half Moon Street

Landmark proposed the reconfiguration and refurbishment of an office set within a period six-storey terrace property in Mayfair. We space we designed for City Rose Properties had to fulfil two design briefs: the first to create a pleasant, inviting, and functional workplace for their staff, the second to assure visiting clients of the quality and established history of the company and their brand. The scope of the work involved, tanking, re-wiring (including data and AV cabling), plumbing, A.C installation, removal and restructuring of internal walls, installation of glass partition walls. New flooring, walls and ceilings and the selection of fixtures and fittings, including furniture.
