The project involved demolishing an existing 4 bedroom 1960’s house set on a private estate and then building a new three storey detached single residential dwelling, comprising of six bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, downstairs W.C, study, home cinema room, large open plan living and dining areas, entertaining space, kitchen, substantial rear deck leading onto landscaped gardens. The house incorporates the latest “Smart” M&E services & technology. This is a low energy use property, which uses substantial insulation, coupled with an efficient heat exchanger located at the rear of the garden, linked to the house with a zero loss connection buried deep beneath the ground. This creates a whole house ventilation system, taking heat from warm zones and pumping them around to cooler areas to maintain a constant living temperature all year round.
