We operate our own design and management team and have established a wide network of key resource partners that includes financial institutions, construction specialists, structural engineers, property lawyers and sales and marketing experts. Coupled with our knowledge, drive and enthusiasm enables the most challenging of projects to be undertaken efficiently in order to continuously achieve exceptional results and returns.
Full-service provision
Services provided include: architectural and interior design, space planning, structural engineering, party wall surveying, procurement services, and project and contract management. We also undertake feasibility studies and detailed projected cost studies, project programming and planning. We are able to obtain local authority planning consents and warrants, appoint and supervise professional consultants, prepare full health and safety documentation and risk assessments, provide construction and contract project management, provide on-going site supervision, appoint and manage outsourced specialist subcontractors, prepare final accounts and conduct handover inductions.

Landmark works responsibly, respecting the environment and endeavors to create solutions using sustainable and environmentally friendly materials. We are committed to making our spaces more energy efficient and fully SAP compliant (Standard Assessment Procedure – energy performance rated compliance), and to achieve this we use the latest in construction techniques and materials.
